LOCATION
It is located in neerrattupuram(thalavady), a place in kuttanad thaluk in alappuzha district. It is almost near to thiruvalla town(9kms) and 25kms from alappuzha town.
The most important thing is that it is located at the bank of the river where pampa and manimala rivers joining. This makes it more beautiful than eveything. Cool and calm breeze from the the river itself makes you more energetic than evrything. So that after a long travel you can regain your full energy within seconds from here. You can even choose river facing balcony rooms and can enjoy the seenary of the river. During ONAM in neerattupuram river BOAT RACE is conducting every year. This can be watched most perfectly from our building only. From neerattupuram bridge itself you can see this beautiful building with an emblem of a race boat at the top of the building.
It is located very near to chakkulathukavu temple. From here to temple is only 5 minutes walk.
